Saturday, April 25, 2020

A little update from Light It Up Blue:

We have finally admitted that we will not have a normal race this year, but we still want to LIGHT IT UP BLUE!!

We will have a newly redesigned t-shirt and a virtual race. Also, we are working to light up every house in Bartlesville blue for the month of April to promote Autism Awareness. Please join us!

Here are the rules:

1. Register for the race.
2. Run your 5K or your 1 mile Fun Run during the month of April. (You can run on our race course or use your own.)
3. Take a picture of yourself and your activity tracker and post it to the Light It Up Blue, Bartlesville Facebook page or send it to our email address:
4. We will deliver a newly redisgned t-shirt and a blue lightbulb to your doorstep. (or mail if out of town)
5. Wear your t-shirt proudly and watch our Facebook page for your ranking.
6. If you would like to race with a partner (from anywhere in the U.S.), post your pictures together, and we will average your times. Winners will be divided into individual brackets and partner brackets.

We know everyone needs to get outdoors and have some fun while stuck at home. Register today at https://www.pathstoindependence.org/LIUB-registration.php or call 918-337-6231
