Experience the allure of loft living in Bartlesville at Dwell Downtown, an apartment and loft tour. Take a stroll through the upper stories of downtown’s beautifully renovated historic buildings and discover the perfect blend of historic charm and modern convenience. Five unique dwellings each with their own special appeal will be on display, Tuesday, April 16, 2024, beginning at The Refinery in the Johnstone-Sare Building.
Downtown Bartlesville has always been a destination for living because of its walkability, shopping, restaurants, access to recreation, and employment opportunities. Whether it is a short walk in the morning to Outpost Coffee, a mid-day pause from work, browsing the racks and shelves at Moxie on 2nd, winding down with a cold craft brew at Cooper & Mill Brewing Company, or capping your day at dinner with friends at Frank & Lola’s, living downtown has been top of mind for many urban dwellers. “There’s something about these old buildings here that adds life to the community and makes living in Bartlesville better. We are excited to showcase Bartlesville as part of our fundraiser for Concern,” said Peggy Crowder, Executive Director of CONCERN.
The tours take place at 5:00pm and 6:00pm with food and beverages available beginning at 4:30pm. Tickets are available online at concerncares.com for $25 pre-sale and $30 at the door with proceeds benefiting CONCERN (Churches United for Community Concern). This event has been generously sponsored by The Refinery, Downtown Bartlesville Ltd., Young Professionals of Bartlesville, Cherokee Nation, Zac Henderson Insurance Agency, Doenges Family of Autos, Apartments at Hotel Phillips, Arvest Bank, and BancFirst.
