Summer time fun time!

Return to full Blog

Hello everyone!

We're sorry for lagging on the blog posts but we've been very busy! We hope to bring you more in the coming months. Thanks for checking us out!

What's your favorite part of summer? For us, it's the long days, the Kiddie Park and seeing fireflies in the backyard. This summer has been a lot of fun and we've seen car shows, festivals, theater, family fun and outdoor adventures. It just seems that the warmer months are magical even after we graduate from school. It's as if the excitement of school age children is contagious and we're destined to get swept up in a little summer fun even if we're not going anywhere.

There's just a little of the summer left but there's still a lot of fun to be had in Bartlesville. The Price Tower has a great exhibition on Frank Lloyd Wright's Samara until September 8. Later this week, Bartlesville will host the Sandy Koufax World Series bringing in teams from across the United States and Puerto Rico. The Osage Ballet will present Wahzhazhe again in August with a special tribute to Maria Tallchief. Museums, baseball, the arts - we have something that should nicely compliment the end of your summer!

In the mean time, enjoy the warm day, take a child to the Kiddie Park, kick up your feet this evening and drink some lemonade while you watch the fireflies. Soak it all in and enjoy yourself!

Enjoy the Journey!
