“We are so excited to bring back the magic of a European Christmas to Bartlesville for our second annual Christkindl Market,” said Mary Lynn Mihm, OKM Music Chairwoman.

This year, the market will include great local talent – including Brent Gidden’s Band, who will perform Christmas music in the style of Elvis. Students from Bartlesville High School Jazz Choir, Children’s Musical Theatre and Everett Music Studio will also be performing throughout the day.

In addition to live holiday music, the festive atmosphere includes specialty booths selling handmade goods such as candles, bath and skin care products, jewelry, pottery, original artwork, Christmas-themed gifts.  Booths also include children’s books, home décor, clothing, toys and much more.

While shopping at the specialty gift booths, sip on traditional holiday mulled wine, as well as apple cider, hot chocolate, and beer and wine. Local favorites Price’s Meat Market, The Rolling Pin and Cakes by Lissa will be serving delicious food, such as Bavarian goulash, sausage soup, bratwurst, schnitzel, pastries, cookies, pies, soft pretzels, cinnamon rolls and more.

The children’s tent offers lots of free activities and entertainment for the young at heart. StoneLion Puppet Theater from Kansas City will be performing “Snow” at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. in Ambler Hall. This is a must see event for the whole family! Children can also meet Saint Nicholas, play many Christmas games, construct crafts and even get their faces painted.
